This year the huntingtest was hold with dummies, not cold game, and four tollers participated.
Lauvstuas Wildfox Bowie started in the youth class, for the first time, both for dog and owner. The problem was not the marking or the search, there Bowie worked really good, but he run out before he was allowed to do so. Kristian managed to stop him, but on all markings he run out 2 meters. Bowie was also a little to quick to drop the dummies, because of this he did'nt get any prize.
But Bowie is only 20 months old and we can't expect too much yet, now we are looking forward to see him in Sweden in July at the huntingtest there.
Also Lauvstuas Miss Ki-mi had some problems with waiting, she also run out on every marking. Cici managed to stop her, but that together with a search where she was dependent, there was no prize for her either.
Then Lauvstuas Bluestar Shanty was in action, the first marking went well, on the next one the judge said he would give a sign when he was allowed to go. The judge was still talking while Shanty run out....a real bang....
On the search he came in with two dummies, then he told me it's emty out there, and I who believed I had learned him to count to ten...
The two last markings went well, but no prize to Shanty either.
Also Jenwill's Vegar was entering, he did a lot of good work, until the last marking, then he said Good Bye and run out.....and no prize there either.
